FCFS- first person to add their character in will have their character used

i will roll for between 2 and 4 pups, you may choose 1 one for free,any after that will be for C$ , keep in mind i will keep 1 pup for the next gen
if the user whose character was used doesn't want any of the pups or wants just the free one then they will be placed up for adoption at the cost of C$ for other users,keep in mind i will keep 1 pup for the next gen
you may enter more than once
