HQ means High Quality, which means that it has a good design, and is not blurry in anyway, in my opinion. HQ I saw subjective, though

just thought i'd kinda mark this and also say my cat has been drawn for a while now - if you don't like them / plan on coloring them in, do we get to keep the characters?
