Kitty is the only cat allowed to wear a sweater, tentative that other cats may have clothes. All collars must be worn on the neck.
Big eyes and even bigger hearts these kitties are ready to find a home.
All cats start as just a collar with a charm, and are "summoned" into existence when their owner picks them.
The magic glow and the collar colours can have an impact on cat colour or cat collar as the artist decides. IE the collar can be brown, and that makes the cat's fur brown but the real collar a blue like the "magic" colour OR the collar can be blue and the cat is in turn blue. As long as the collar hints at the cat's design. Magic glow is optional but the blob of colour is meant to hint at the true shape of the cat. As you can see above there are changes but the basic shape is kept.

Finally make the cat
