They are a water goddess/god. The mighty waterfall Wakebour flows through their fingers. Their eyes reflect the water that flows endlessly through the mighty oceans of the mortal realm. It is said that tsunamis occur when they are angry at the mortals for tainting the perfect waters with lies. Although they have wings they cannot use them because they are always wet.
