not the best at anatomy, but i hope this helps!!
i forgot to mention brush settings!! normally i'll just use the default pen tool (size 2 opacity like 135 or whatever the default is, and then spacing at 0) and then once i get out a sketch, i'll go over the outermost lines (body outline) with full opacity still at size 2! when im feeling really fancy i use the pencil tool at size 2 and then opacity halfway (sometimes a little more) because i like how pen pressure works a bit more with it!!
