I love aquatic characters, so when I saw ocean theme and shark/fish tails on your list, I just had to make a design! Enjoy!! c:
Edits include the shark tail, shark fin, ears, and scars.

Fully neon (accents are fine)
No legs (don't make it a mer-dog)

Overly complex (can't replicate)
