- dewott - the discipline pokemon
- - on the "what pokemon is the person above
you" thread, i used to get labeled as a water type
pokemon when i posted there. this was my first
clue to narrow down my choice.
- i frequently use the water starter in every game
except for alola. this was my second clue in.
- oshawott and dewott were the only water starter
pokemon i've ever used which had dex memories i
remembered, and memorable quirks that matched
myself. this is how i decided the pokemon.
- every dewott i've used in a unova game has always
had the same nature- naughty. this was an exception
on only two occasions i can remember. this is the
nature that i get labeled as freuqently, which solidified
my choice in dewott.
- i've never used a samurott in any game. i've always
put an everstone on a dewott, even in competitive.
- both dewott and oshawott in the anime are very
competitive and constantly barking for attention.
- dewott's pokedex entires all have to do with a
sort of strict training, which is both a blessing and
a major flaw.
- both dewott and oshawott in the anime are proud
and quite boastful, half the time having nothing to
back this confidence up with.
- while oshawott's flirtatious nature was a key thing
that lined up with me, however dewott's shown
physical ability is more suitable for this.
