Well I freaked myself out with this...
This features a singing animatronic, a brown dog-like creature with wings and a party hat. The ball joins have torn up fur around them, with rust stains. One of the wings has fallen off from the erosion and the face has been torn up around the left eye. One ear is falling off and has a wire sticking out, lighting up the scene. I wonder if the out of order sign was placed on this thing, because the music box is still playing jazz, just to creep you out when you come closer. The brick wall behind seems to have suffered, too. The one eye that works, somehow, isn't as distracting as the one that is pulled out from the socket. The little light that comes from a broken, red wire shows just enough to know that the arm has brutally been torn off. At least the party hat is still happy.

The character reminded me of FNAF so I did go with that theme. I think the glowing eye does the trick.
