Pluses for becoming staff:
- Get to view and get used to the site before joining
- Get to create a character that fits into the plot and have them directly linked to many other characters created by staff
- Able to suggest (with input from only staff, or for just staff) and/or help create new features
- Possible exclusive access to certain things in the future
- Get to collaborate with staff to finish developing the plot
The main plot (I haven't completely worked it, but here is what I've got):
- The five countries of Iuncta have been at war for many years, and finally it has come to an end, at least for now. Still the people of the desert country Tiud will not allow others to travel through, though they are in the middle of the small continent. Tempers are short, and people are unkind. The people of the sea-faring country Pheslin will not share fish, and the grasslands of Kristh are rarely hunted by people from other places. The bountiful forests of Clarithe are filled with outlaws, but the law deals with poachers faster. Ziras will not share its technology but with people who are willing to pay much, though they could make more if they were kind. The dragons have all but disappeared, and with them have gone the blessings of Ethriz, the creator of Iuncta, and even the Crystals have lost their glow. There is a Crystal for every kingdom; they are said to hold the planet together, and if they are misplaced or destroyed, then everything will go to chaos. Yet order does not seem prominent here; do those Crystals really do anything? Alas, one of the Crystals has gone missing, and the soldiers guarding it were not killed. There's surely a mystery here... What are we missing? Besides the Crystal, of course.

- Must be able to do graphic art or able to upload traditional art that is dark enough to see
