I think they do. Cause they have like a mane thingy and they are a really light blue, and they have a horn thing on their head. They look like a shiny Suicune, actually. Not a regular one. But I love love love Suicune! I am a girl of many obsessions.

Suicune is in my top 5 favorite pokemon! But I don't think winter seasonals look anything like him o.O
