I'm almost positive you're not allowed to have more than 1 DC account, even if you have another e-mail address. Both your scrolls could get burned.

That is true. You are allowed to only have 1 account. More would get your scroll burned and if you try to register again, it will not let you. So I suggest abandoning the other account until eventually it's dragons names are deleted.
