Can someone explain the process of getting the service dog custom?
Also, can anyone recommend a good design shop for customs? I'm hopeless at drawing with a mouse and I don't have a drawing tablet.
(I still need a design for my metal custom.)

If you buy vests from other people you can grab the Metal custom makers in the Event Shop, although it would be wise to check the price of buying vests vs just buying the custom maker you want from user shops. There was also a Blue custom maker in the USD shop but it appears to have been removed, so you'd need to buy that from user shops.

The vest are extremely cheap in user shops. If you Adventure you could probably get them. The Rainforest gives the most BP.

I don't know anyone by name, but I know there are at least a couple shops still offering free Service Dog coloring.
