Hello! Thank you to anyone who reads this!
(Mods-seeing as this is an "advertisement" for another site, I put it here. If it doesn't belong here then I am truly sorry)
Have you ever seen the movie- Larger Than Life, or Operation Dumbo Drop, or Water For Elephants? Do you remember the elephant in all those movies?
Her name is Tai and I believe she's 42 years old and is a kind, gentle creature.
She's also being abused. There is video proof that shows her being shocked and beaten with a bullhook numerous times.
So please, if you've ever seen any of her movies and have fallen in love with the comical elephant just as I have, or even if you've never seen her, but love animals and wish to protect them just as I do, then please click the link below and sign the petiton for Tai to be "freed" to an elephant sanctuary where she can live the rest of her life in peace and happiness without fear or pain. Their goal is to get 1,000 signatures-right now they have 562. Please sign if you can! <3

That's horrible.. i want to see water for elephants so when i watch it i will think of all the tortur and pain this poor elegant giant went through... sad face

I know

I loved the book and saw the movie(which is really good btw)
The video was in 2005 so I don't think she was abused during the making of this film though-so that's good
