What does splash do I mean.

no really, it does nothing xD eventually if you use it enough times you get a magikarp badge, but other than that. it does nothing. kinda like magikarp....

Status: When did the CS community become impossible to trade with? It's like a bad game of monopoly where nobody trades without insane overpay.
Mods: My nieces are Kaylee197 and Rosie197. We sometimes share an IP.

Only has a thing that appears on your screen called "SPLASH" or something like it. -

Its one of TJ's jokes. There was some day that some dragon species were turned into pokemon, the splash is the leftovers of that day.
