Is anyone else on Runscape??

Currently I am a lvl 25 and would love some tips on lvling up quickly

My combat lvl is 22 I think, but my overall is somewhere around 180. Tips for leveling up are too 1. Attack anything under your level, and do it a lot 2. Go on quests, some have experience points for prizes!

I'm level 93. :3 You can attack things over your level too, NPC's aren't as dangerous as players, therefore, we can take down higher levels and it gives more exp. If you go to Rune Tips, you'll find a exp ratio, for example, cows have a very high ratio of exp per hit, but because their hp is low, there aren't enough hits to make good exp. I hope this helped in some way. xD
