HOW DO I FIND ANIMATED FREE EMOTICONS?EMOTES?I LOST A BUNCH.

hI I have a hobby of collecting free animated emotes and emoticons; must be animmated,not still.I found a lot of free ones, very nice,by "Ernie in East Germany,"he got famous for them.Also,I had a bunch of "animated different cars,all models."And just all kinds of cute little active emoticons!!Even if I have to pay for some good ones extra---mostly people made them for free.
WHERE DO you get them,now that "Devianart"is not having many any more?(they can't find my membership,too.)But in moving my memory to different computers(one old one crashed on me!!)--I literally lost many of my emotes!!!I'm heart broken!!I don't know where to get any more,or even find OLD ONES I don't have any more. Anyone know websites of animated emotes people don't mind me copying?It does not have to be "American"or "in English." All different countries make emoticons. I love a lot of the Asian ones and also those "live,animated pieces of food"!! They are so cute!!!Thank you;I love all the art here,everyone is so talented!! --Loves animated emoticons
