I didn't create this site, but I really like the idea of Mario Kart Driver Licenses, especially when Mario Kart Wii is like, my favorite game ever <3
These licenses also have some pretty nice designs, and, you get to level them up (like Pokeplushies, if any of you know about Pokeplushies). Here's mine:
