uh.. somebody traded me a beta hood (not the fake one) for my blue HD. did beta hoods drop, or did HD's go up again?

I think beta hoods might have dropped. A lot of the older beta/glitched items have been dropping in value lately, I suspect it's because people have been taking advantage of the "one time item return" policy AJHQ made.

Animal Jam has added a one-time return policy. If you were scammed or hacked after it had been added, you would be able to get your items back, but AJHQ researches before supplying you with the items. Basically, all you have to do is email them, the username of the person who scammed you, the date of when it happened, and the scammed items - to my knowledge at least.
Unfortunately, the first time I tried to use it they emailed me and said that they had found that I was abusing their one-time return services when I had never used it before. Probably because I was a non-member at the time.

And if you've been hacked/glitched , they dont really do anything.
So far ive been hacked/glitched twice in these last 3 weeks and both times I emailed,
they just say im abusing their policy. Tbh their support isnt exactly the best.
You can give them all the proof in the world yet they still accuse you of lying.
Happened to 2 of my other good friends as well. Idk, AJ just weird.
