I got two purple Ridgewings while trying to find a tan, third Ridgewing egg I picked up was a tan
Can two tan variants produce another tan? Or is the chance the same as just picking up a CB and hoping it's tan?

This is the egg by the way, my Pink is female and I'm going to influence the egg since my other tan is male

Tans are alts, so tanxtan, tanxpurple, and purplexpurple can produce a tan.

No. It's the same as pulling a CB from the cave & hoping its tan. It's just luck, like an alt black x alt black doesn't give a higher chance at producing another alt black.
