Hey there! This is my first time posting in this thread, and to be honest, I haven't been playing Dragon Cave for very long either. I just wanted to share this edit of the water dragon sprite I made! It's not perfect, but the half-underwater sprite was messing with me. Don't get me wrong, the original art is great, I just wanted to see what it might look like with a full body c:

hello! i recently joined dragon cave, and have a few questions.
i have 4 adult dragons, and 4 growing hatchlings. if i were to get 4 more eggs, and they grow into hatchlings, would i be able to have 8 growing hatchlings, without autotmatically abandoning the first 4? i cannot find the max amout of growing hatchlings for a new account, any help would be greatpy appreciated.
also, can adult dragons get sick too?

You can currently have a max of 12 eggs and hatchlings. Find the page (called egg limits) on the help page. Once you get 50 adults, you will get a trophy on your scroll and dragons page that you can click on to view it.

Hello and welcome to Dragon Cave! Until you have 50+ dragons, you can have a maximum of 4 eggs at one time, and 12 growing dragons at one time. This means that you can have 4 hatchlings and 4 eggs without any being abandoned. However, if you breed two dragons while you have 4 eggs, the new egg will be automatically abandoned. Also, adults cannot get sick; only hatchlings and eggs. I hope this helped!

Also, look at my signature for an example. I currently have four hatchlings (the fourth isn't shown) and four eggs, and none have been abandoned because I'm careful to stay within the growing dragons limit.

Honestly, not really. It's a little messy, four different breed sprinkled in there. It's inbred, this dragon >>> GoldenatheCore, appears 3 times.

Some people are into lineages and some are not so the above is just my take on it. With the inbreeding, it's not something I'd want to breed if it were on my scroll.

I agree with @Barb here, this lineage isn't really that good at all, to tell the truth. Inbred, messy - the kind that I would use for freezing. As a sprite collecter, I actually seek messy lineages specifically for freezing, as I don't like freezing caveborns or even/nice lineages.

So, in my humble opinion, it's not really good for anything other then being frozen.

It actually looks really cool, but, wouldn't be considered a good lineage. It's extremely inbred, there are 56 dragons that appear in the lineage more then once. I used AoNDs inbred checker to confirm. it's also very messy.

This girl's lineage is one of my favorites. She's a 2G Gold prizefail, and prizefails are pretty valuable.
