i just witnessed someone being scammed but for some reason when i try and report the scammer i cant? i will click on the badge to report them but it wont come up? is it some sort of bug? or did this person somehow manage to make it not work so they wouldnt be reported?

Your best option would be to via message them personally, (AJ), I'm pretty aj gets so many reports they just stop caring, just write down their username and they should get it by then if you message them, most likely through Instagram or their email.
