Hello, cuddle! There's a few things I wanted to say about your explanation, in order to help a bit
First of all, the rarities:

Long black collar:
3 good collars (e.g: 2 Red, 1 purple)

Pink-Purple Headdress:
Black Long + (B-Long, Founder, Epic Plush + Bad Coll)

Now, let's talk about your last few sentences..
Monday rares are not rare whatsoever. Some accounts are personally made with thousands of gems in order to hoard every weeks Monday rare, hence, there value decreasing dramatically. Also, Monday rares are said to come back a few times to give new players them, (e.g: Fox hats) however, rare spikes were not given as a Monday rare. Instead, they were given as a Members monthly gift. This made them instantly rare, and Animal Jams favourite color, black, being the rarest.
Even so, any Monday rare (even multiple) could not compare to the rarity of a Rare Collar, so therefore, I believe 1 rare is not good enough for a collar AND a party hat.

Sadly this is incorrect, I have tried on multiple occasions and, logically speaking, its all non member items, and sadly RIM headdresses are member.
