I'm not sure if you're only looking for collection-type sites (based on your reply about another site being for breeding), or not, but either way I always suggest Felisfire.com. You can breed your feli, or you can literally just collect them for yourself. Some people just hang around and collect pretty feli rather than actually breeding any. At this point, that's mainly what I've been doing.

It's always open for registration, you don't have to pay for anything, and the community is fantastic and always helpful.
The only drawback is that you have to be 13 (I'm not sure of your age, so I always throw that out there), and you have to use proper grammar/punctuation (which you seem to do anyway) per the ToS.

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but it's always worth a shot.
