Actually, I don't think it does. I think it would probably either go in the "Other websites" board or the "games/TV/movies/books" board

Forum games is for games you would like "wolf vs cat" and "count to 500 before a mod posts". Games that you would play on teh forum with posts. I believe the OP is talking about the design if an actual game (e.g FeralHeart) and they are looking for people to work to build the models and art designs etc.
