I can help you change the name, add forum pages, and so on and so forth. I've made many a site with freeforum as the base. It would be easier if you made me an admin as well, if only temporarily so that I could do this for you. And then you could tell me how you want everything set up from there and I can explain some of the basics to you if you want (:
