I'm so confused by the encyclopedia. Why do all the dragons I have already collected not show up?

It was set up so everyone would start out with a clean slate and no one would start out instantly having everything unlocked for them. You can still use the dragons you own to unlock things though if you simply view/"observe" their pages. You can also "observe" other people's dragons to unlock things. So really it isn't even necessary for the "owned/raised" numbers to include older dragons from your scroll or even actually own a certain number of dragons yourself (ex: I don't own any Neglected dragons personally, but I was able to unlock everything about them by viewing other people's).

Keep in mind that the "Hatchlings Raised" number never goes down. Even if it were to be populated right now with the current state of your scroll, allowing you to unlock everything instantly, it would quickly get out of sync with the current count.

That is, the statistics on the encyclopedia were never intended to be an accurate count of how many of a dragon you currently have, but everything you've ever had. There's no easy way to go back and time and figure that out.

So I was trolling the abandoned eggs section for a while today and I think it really paid off. ^-^"



Got this one - not purebred, but with a rather lovely matched (and short) linage.



Along with this babe, who's linage is almost impeccable. owo Purebred, short - and it's a color I didn't have yet. XD



This one's linage isn't really that special but I FINALLY got a coastal Pyralspite thank goodness it was the only type I was missing. ;-; I grabbed at it two or three times in the abandoned pile (it just kept coming back!) before I actually managed to claim it.

Now time for sleep. XD

Anyone knows when the Christmas dragons will be released ?

Okay guys, even though I've been on dragcave a long time, I've taken many, long, hiatuses from it, and as such, especially when it comes to breeds from the past year or 2 I don't know much. So I have a question to ask, I just got a CB Gold Wyvern egg. I think I heard once these were rare, I was wondering if this was true? It appears to be my first one though unless I overlooked it on my scroll, so I'm happy either way. x3

Still am wondering this BTW. xP

And I do believe Christmas dragons are normally released Christmas day. I think all the Holiday dragons are released the day of the holiday they're for every year. But do correct me if I'm wrong.

Will we ever be able to breed the Christmas dragons? and if we can, when? I'm getting anxious so I can save room at the right time if they are available.

Technically, they are classified as rare (on the DC Wiki page), but in reality I think they are more uncommon.
