PROBABLY a faker, since his user was 'New Jammer'. I know some of his users, some of them are banned though.

Wow that's tough, I've been playing for 4 years now and have never had a spiked collar (due to the fact I was a nm when spikes came out) and if I was as lucky as that, then for it to be gone I think I'd cry to.
