According to TJ's news post the 2 per breed limit has been lifted for older Christmas dragons, so you should be able to get more if you already have 2 of them on your scroll.

I'm sort of on the fence about it myself... It means people can hoard a ton of Hollies and thus I'll have a much harder time of getting even just one, but at the same time I'll be able to get the others for some of the breeds I only have one adult for and for the ones I need a frozen hatchling for... So I'm not really sure how to feel I guess. xD

There are 5 different Christmas breeds in total. This year's new dragon will make #6.

Cause I liked the idea of the 2 dragon limit, it makes the holiday dragons special :T It just ruins the feeling for me. I also don't like the idea of people hoarding them, that doesn't seem very Christmas-y to me. I'm just gunna stick my 2 per-breed and sit in my corner.
