Halloween Dragons can't breed with other Halloween Dragons outside the Halloween even. They will just reject each other.

When you go back on Halloween will they accept eachother again?

Well I'm glad I caught an extra Halloween baby to freeze. I like the hatchling a lot more than the adults.
Second year in a row. Hopefully next year will be better. I love Halloween and I really want to like these dragons, but these guys and the cavern lurkers just look really...strange.

Whatever. I still like them more than last year's. The markings are really cool and the female doesn't look so bad. It's just the male's anatomy that's bothering me.

I did the same thing last year, I was curious and tried to get two Lurkers to breed outside the event [Not sure what I was expecting really, as I KNEW they wouldn't give me an egg], only to have then reject each other, this year I didn't bother with PBs. I can't give you a full answer on that one, sorry You'll just have to see next year, or see if someone else knows.

When it's breeding season again, they most likely will. They always show that message outside the season. It's not a problem.

I don't believe they do. ^^; I know I did the same thing a few years back, and since pairs that refuse each other are removed from each other's breeding list, I don't believe they will be able to breed again. At least, the pair I bred still can't breed. >.>
