Looking for co-owner for a adoptables site

Hello,
What I need is someone that knows a good host that includes and forum and html. Someone that knows how to html adoptables and make them grow. A person who takes good care of sites and doesn't give up. I am going to handle editing writing, pictures and text. I am going to be the drawer for everything. At the moment I can draw Cats, Dogs/Wolves and Dragons. I don't know what'll it be called yet, but I hope whoever becomes my owner with me will help think up a good one. =]

Sounds like you have a good plan so far. I don't have much time to code, but I could probably help set up the site. I'm pretty good with php/mysql/html/css coding. Not too interested in doing everything with straight html though, I need more php practice.

Oh hey, could you give us a preview of some of the artwork? Might help inspire a good name!

I'm good with forums and structure and I know a bit of HTML. I can easily keep people in line(If you know what I mean).
