I honestly don't see how people do lineages without them. Like does everyone just memorize who belongs to who, or what?

Lol, I may need to start doing that when I get more shimmers, so I know who is mates with who and what gender the young must be.

I've been okay with knowing the first and second gen pairs but after that I'm lost. Spreadsheets are not my thing though, making them. I lost count of how many times I attempted to do my Grace for Sale spreadsheet before I got it right. I can follow it perfectly but making it, that's a frustrating process. Not the names, the actually setting it up.

How do you set up a spreadsheet for DC? I can do it with excel or something, but is there is a special format or site for DC?

I worked out a system with names, but I might have to do a spreadsheet considering somehow I got two eggs from someone, which kinda ruined a chain of my lineage...
