Valentines are limited 2 per scroll, so if you have two of one kind all eggs get kicked off of your scroll. So, assuming that Aralas has two of each, they technically couldn't do that.

at Christmas I was able to keep my bred egg until it hatched, I'm not sure if it was just s glitch egg or if it actually is normal to be able to keep them until they hatch instead of 15 minutes
