The award you get from Spash BSA...does it go across all your gold fishes or just one? And does it have to be every single day?

You don't have to daily (I swear I've missed about a week in between)
and the badge is earned for all of them. (after you get the badge you can still splash anyway but it doesn't have any use)

Okay. so if I use splash on each of my I think 7 now goldfishes it'll count seven times or just once that day?
