yeah.....i'm pretty sure it is.....i did this one thing where people just had to bump and get gifts! and some people give away rares and prizes to whoever donates the most.....

^-^ The people who give away rares for donating are holding contests, and they are also letting people get pets even if they're not donating. I would still recommend reading the rules. Above is a direct quote.

Actually unless it requires you to give them a pet or item in return then it is with the rules it's just not a lot of people just want sunshine and rainbows of happiness for payment.think of if this way you know when you download something off the internet and it requires you to finish a task before download it's still a free download right. Same principal here.
Also it isn't your place to decide if something is aloud that's Tess's authority
