It's called Warrior Cats RPG, or sometimes known as Roletopia.
It's mainly a Warrior Cats roleplaying site, but it also has wolves, humans, pokemon, anime, hunger games, harry potter, Homestuck, and a bunch others! Those looking for an active RP site I highly suggest it. There are over 1,000 members and it's always active!
Everyone is super nice on there and get's along. There are helpful members on there who are a real help, along with a fabulous staff
I'd say it's the most active Warrior Cats forum I've seen in a long time. For the Warrior Cats part, they have some Main Clans and then your allowed to make your own Fanclans
