That is true, but they only do that when, A.) They are the Alpha, and their pack needs food, B.) It is a mother who needs food to produce milk for her pups, or C.) They are afraid that the humans are the ones who have taken the food.

But when that happens, it's either you shoot them, or let them continue attacking. And I doubt anyone will think "The wolves are trying to protect family". Most people would just attack the wolf to save themselves. And usually, when there are multiple attacks in one place, hunters will shoot down a few wolves to prevent any further problems.

Wolves are a wonderful and majestic species, yet people are hunting them down to near extinction out of stupidity.
Why would you want to wipe out such a graceful animal? The stride it takes, it's eyes...
Why would you even have the thought of killing a single one of these beautiful creatures?
They have done nothing against humanity in the wild; They're more scared of us than we are of them.
And with good reason - People like these hunters waving guns around at them.
I believe we should save them, because, one day, they'll be gone.
They'll be just another extinct species mentioned in science textbooks.
Not like these hunters care.
