Long ago, there was a country. The people had decided to name it Odessa, and so it was. They were mainly a farming community, amish-like, they tended to their crops by hand, and the all-powerful horse, but these people of Odessa were fools, and would tend to abuse these fine creatures, oblivious to an equines strength and speed, the farmers viewed them as a tool rather than an animal.
One day, a small girl had came from no where, and wandered the streets of Odessa, seeing how these people had treated their beasts angered the child, and so she went to the king. "I say, King of Odessa. Your people aren't taking good care of their animals, so I will make you a deal. If I come back in three months, and these animals are at full health again, your people will thrive with unlimited supplies of food and wealth, but if I come back, and let's say you didn't do as I asked... I will cause great famine and disease to your people, and create a haven for the horses, so as for forever, no human can ever touch this isle again."
The king thought the girl was foolish, and sent her away quickly without a second thought. "unlimited, hmph, Henry, fetch my finest horse and most elaborate wagon, I'll take a ride today" He said with a chuckle, and went on.
Three months had passed, and there was no improvement in the equines lifestyle.
The child came back, enraged at what she saw, she waved her hand over the lands, and soon all the people of Odessa began to fall ill, as well as the king. He called her to his castle, she was unharmed. "Child, stop this madness!" he spoke to her, and she just chuckled "You will suffer, foolish king, and realize what a mistake you made, and once you are all cleared out, this will become a horses paradise."
As promised, after all the humans were gone, she returned one last time and brought the horses of the land brand new lands and territories. Welcoming all to come and join them... at their own risk.
