Hi there, I'm thinking about creating a website for adoptable pets. It'll be similar to this one. However, I have a problem. I'm full of ideas, but I'm not really experienced. I just need an assistant to basically help me with a lot of things. Don't get me wrong, I won't just sit around and make you do all the work. I will help as much as I can. I'll take 5 applications under consideration, then decide which one is the best.
As the Admin assistant, you will basically run the site, alongside of me. You can make your own (fair) rules and do almost anything. However, you'll be almost completely in charge of hiring and firing. But again, I won't just tell you to make a site and take credit for it, I promise.
If you're not accepted, you may still apply for a lower position. You might even have leverage over others.
