Neopets Fan-petsite - Need a few staff members/suggestions!

What would you like to see?
This is a fan petsite, much like MiniNeo, OldNeo, Leopets, RetroNeo, ect.
IT WILL BE LIKE THE OLDSCHOOL NEOPETS, OR A NEWER VERSION OF THE NEWSCHOOL NEOPETS?
Or perhaps both incorperated into one?

It is private.
You will have to apply to get in.
The site is 16+ of age, mature users only.

We have the rights to use Neopets images, so long as we keep the credit at the bottom of every page.

Would you like to see the old pets come back? Or have the existing, customization feature, but with NC items being obtainable without donating? Or maybe an additional feature?

It will be run by me, and by Laurry.

Current Ideas-
- Daily salary (+1k for every, consecutive login)
- Random Game (Awards 1k-10k per play, every hour)
- Daily Gift (Gives out a random prize everyday. Can be
- Unlimited Pet Slots (You start out with 4 pet slots. But can buy an item of some sort to unlock more slots for more pets. )
- Battledome (Basic battledome like Neo? Or an adventure-like type of battling?)

Server Til: $250
Above is the money we currently have to spare for a domain, staff payment, and server.

We need!
Support Admins - To help add news, update items, help moderate the forums, answer tickets and questions, ect. Might not need right now.
Moderators - Absolutely need at least one moderator. It helps if you have experience as well.
Programmers - Maybe. These actually might not be necassary right now.
Artists - Also maybe. There is a lot of pet art at our disposal, so artists may also not be necasarry right now, but feel free to apply. Please note that you will have to match Neopets style.

Reason: i always loved the old neopets when tnt took over they destroyed it somewhat in my opinion. I had planned to make my own nepets fan site but I don't have the means to create my own at the moment. I would love to help moderate your site. also I believe in a way I'd be a better mmoderator than those who wor at TNT because I wuld actually look into it before seeing if it was an offense was really worth having their account frozen.
Extra: I'm an artist. I can edit some pictures andd draw. Examples:
