Help Stray Dogs! JOIN US IN THE FIGHT

Hey guys! I got pretty mad when I saw a stray dog in the road. Someone walked by it and just glanced and shrugged. Anyone could see the dog was starving; it's ribs where showing, it was horribly dirty and looked lost.
