You probably weren't asking me, but I'll try to answer you anyway.
I just went onto the website and saved the images (snake and dog) to my computer. Then I went on google docs, created a new drawing, inserted the picture and used the curve tool to trace over the lineart. Then I just got rid of the picture and downloaded it to my computer. To color it in, you could use any image editing or drawing program you want, but I used sumopaint.com's drawing program. That's just how I did it, if you have any questions about it feel free to ask
