Help needed!

[My Fair Lady]

Intro

You can call me Fair. I want to create a role play site and need someone to help me get started, someone that I can rely on. I'm looking to create a dog role play and the max amount of members I will allow is five. I have settings, character forms, and more in mind. It is sort of like Warriors, with a twist.

Requirements

Ability to help with a proboards website, (or make layouts, well, you know what I mean).
Role player that can do dogs and wolves
Literate (yes, that means at least a paragraph per post. Don't worry, I understand bad days. I have them more often than not.)
Active
Creative
Helpful
Listens to me and the rules
Will respect the fact that I am the leader and I have the last say

Has a (small) life, so is busy on certain days and times

I meet all of your requirements but the first: I know how to work proboards, but I can't make a skin for it.
