Looking for Coder / Technical Producer on Adoptables Website

Hi, I'm looking for a Technical Producer/Coder for an adoptables website called Pet Raiders.

Other members on CS and I have been attempting to make an adoptables website. We tried it through the FreeForums site-builder (http://petraiders.freeforums.org/index.php), but it just turned out we couldn't do that. We looked at other websites too, but they just didn't seem to fit us. We're not looking for some easy copy and paste the code into your sig website, we're looking for a website that is memorable and that users will actually look foward to going on. So we decided the only way to do that was coding.

This is one of the reasons I made this topic today: We need a coder. One person on our team has a little knowledge of HTML, and I hopefully will be learning some in the summer, but obviously that's not enough. We're going to need to code with HTML, PHP, CSS, and even more. And by a coder I don't mean, "Oh, I know how to add an image in HTML.." coder. I need one that is confident with it and can make whole pages and bars and pets with it. You don't have to nessicarily know everything about and every kind of code, I just need one that can help make a successful website.

Now, as for the Technical Producer...
Anyone who codes will be known as a Technical Producer. It's just that they should know a little more to be on the team, such as fixing glitches or helping artists grow pets. If you just want to code and not take a job on the team, that's fine. But if you're a TP (Technical Producer) you should probably know some coding. If you just want to enter as a Technical Producer without knowledge of coding, please let me know. I might accept some people if they can fix glitches, help users, and make pets grow.

Quick heads up, most coders require pay if they're good enough. And for a pet site, the average coder is paid anywhere from $12-30 per hour in real US Dollars.
