adobe software, (you have to pay to get, it's very expensive but worth it in the long run) dreamweaver CS5.1 awesome to use, and makes coding a lot easier then you can imagine

Try Myadopts or the Mysidia script.
Myadopts is easier but more limiting (but with some clever thinking you can do all sorts) while with Mysidia you can do what you like and customise it more but you kinda need to know some PHP or it's quite hard to set up, customise and use. XD
