Anyway, sorry for my absence, im getting very sick and lacking motivation to code.

Anyways, I'D like to get us back to site matters.
So what I'm going to need is for whoever is active enough to post here just about everyday to PM me.
What I want you guys to do is to provide me with site ideas for SE including quests, activities, and pet species.
However, please do not inform me of making custom adoptables, that is a later manner when we have the site fully set up with rules, coding, and all that site stuff.
I also need you guys to CONTRIBUTE some site work.
Since this didn't work out last time, I'm going to ask again that you guys type up some forum rules on the following:
-General Chat
-Introductions
-Share Your Writing
-Clubs and Armies
-Role-Play
-SE Trades
-SE Adoptions
-International Board
-Help
-Suggestions

As you can see, it's SHORTER than the last list so I expect this to be finished in a matter of time.
This time I'll also be keeping track of who's doing what and will be a bother to ask if you have the rules finished.
When you finish, either PM me the rules or email me it in Microsoft Word.
This time, I want some good progress!
So either pick one or a few but you have to promise to get them written up, otherwise it's tough luck on our site and we won't get anything done as of slacking.
Also after you pick one, please PM me which one(s) you are doing so I know, I don't want any surprise random rules in my inbox because I didn't know.
You may collaborate with another to do a rules topic but you must get it done.
Do not ask about any other topics besides those listed, since I am doing the Art Rules and have already gotten in pretty much done.
If I can get a TOS typed up in a few hours, you guys can type up some forum rules in about an hour or less, and yes you may use references but do NOT copy word for word nor completely copy the rules format of your reference as well.
For those who actually did some rules yet I posted the topic in the list above, please inform me and I'll go dig it up either in the forum in earlier posts or re-PM me the rules that you have done.

As for species ideas, do NOT name the basic cat, dog, and equine. I've already got those covered and are being worked on at the moment already but very slowly. Please do NOT request any outside/copyrighted designs as we can get the site shut down as of so. Do not request I do custom linearts for certain things as well including for your own "custom pets" because again, they are not a matter of what we have to get done. Also, do NOT suggest any rarity names, they'll be the basic common, uncommon, rare, etc... so do not bother about those at all. Feel free to name ideas of what the colored pets may be like though such as some color schemes or a theme of some sort. I'll be making a list for so that way we have ideas all stored in a certain place. So PM me species/design ideas.

Okay, so this has also been a bit of an issue here. We do NOT need anymore Mods/Staff members. We have enough as it is. The only exception are artist forms that are to be sent to Me, and me only, since I will be controlling the lineart psd.files as well as skill levels along with requirements to either color our lineart as well as draw the lineart. Skill is quite needed since we don't want huge anatomy errors being shown since we should look as if we know what we're doing. This includes that we will at least have 3 stages of each pet so more to be drawn and colored is what will go on. As for coloring, I do NOT suggest any coloring sites such as paint.com nor the oekaki here. I don't believe you can open psd. files nor open them to color. Also, making things transparent is another issue among coloring pets because if you try removing the white around an image such as iaza.com, it may mess up the lineart as well as the colored design if it contains white. Thus, why I am controlling who becomes artist, guest artist, or a lineart coloring person. If you so happen to know someone who also might be interested in becoming a stated artist option listed, please have them send me a form or PM me. So far, I am the only artist drawing and everything at the moments time.

As for the site ranking, please STOP bothering about there being a "Head Global Moderator". The rank is uncalled for since all Mods are of equal ranking. The only ones higher than the mods are the Owner, Admin, and Coder so in a way, we are the head of the moderators jobs. So either we will assign you to a forum to look over or look over them all, just as long as you'll be doing your job. Please also, do NOT bother about becoming Admin Assistant. Gryff clearly stated no more in the first post so don't ask please. Ranks are the matter of none in the manner of this process either since you are to show your committed by doing your work or not, it's just that simple. Also, this is my own idea, but I would like to test how good you Mods would be for different situations and might make a little test for you guys. We don't want any future problems/issues do we? Of course not. So if your interested in knowing more about the little plan I have or would like to try out for what I want you guys to do, please PM me so I can provide you with information.

If there are any other questions that I may not have answered but would like an answer, please PM with your question and what you'd like to know. For this matter, there is no more time for messing around but time to finally get ahead of ourselves besides sitting around. I shall expect some messages from you guys as soon as possible about anything in regard to what I have said. If you are having any issues with above, I'm sorry, but it's time to finally get site work done among us all, no matter your Staff Rank nor an excuse to why you can't quickly just type/answer something. I also would like to ask of you all to set your proper grammar/spelling in place once again, no one wants to see staff typing like a child or lazily. As well as be smart about the choice of words you use and how you arrange them.

It's time to get to business you guys, right now, I'm depending on you guys to get some work done along with others who might already be doing something. Also, I'd like that we all get along yet occasionally would talk to bond as Staff, we don't want trouble among each other so if interested, I may open up join.me.
