Anyone knows what happens if you reach your max on number of hatchlings you can have and then one of your eggs hatch? Does the latest hatchling get booted off your scroll?

There is no max number of hatchlings, but there is a max number of growing dragons you can have on your scroll at once. Growing dragons are eggs and hatchlings.

i finally finished mine up the other day and have room to spare for this Tuesday. ^^

Ugh. This is so difficult. X_x
So, I'm thinking over if I want to get one of each of valentine eggs this year, and breed my babies and get to keep my valentine dragon's babies next year. I can do that with the Valentine and Sweetling, but the Rosebud..
I have two gorgeous lineaged Rosebuds. And I really want to keep them both, but then yet again when I breed them I want to have their children. D: So I'm trying to figure out if I should do this:
1: Let one grow and give the lineage i like the least to somebody I know and trust will take good care of the child.
Or:
2: Just keep them both and don't breed them. xD.
Or:
3: Let one grow and freeze one, making the one I freeze the grown ones's adopted daughter.
Orrrr:
4: Abandon one and just wait until next Valentine's day to breed my valentine's so I can keep their babies. :3

What do you guys think I should do?

There's no "hatchlings limit", there's "growing dragons" limit [so eggs and hatchlings]. For example, if limit for eggs is 5 and total limit is 15 and you have 5 eggs and 10 hatchies:

5eggs + 10 hatchies = 15, everything okay
after hatching:
4 eggs + 11 hatchies = 15, everything okay

You won't be able to get a new egg but hatchie will stay on your scroll.

I grabbed two rosebuds this year. Next year, I might release the less desirable one and try for a better one.
