How do you think you can contribute to Turtle Creek?: I can be very active on forms and help keep everything under control, I am helpful, patient, and open minded and I am quite sure I can solve any conflict I come across, I am also polite and ready to confront any member causing trouble calmly.
Why do you want to be an Admin on Turtle Creek?: I think it would be a great experience and that I could help Turtle creek progress, I also agree strongly in the causes.
Do you have any experience as a Admin?: no, but this is a good place to start! And I think I would be quite good at it.
Two members had an argument, and they want you to solve it. Both blame the other person.What do you do?: find out more about the situation, I would question each of them and if each story seems equally plausible, I would give them each a warning and advise them on how to deal with a situation like this calmly and respectfully. If the same thing happens again and I still can't resolve it, I would ask you, or another moderator to help me out.
A person in the forums is calling people names, including you. How do you solve the problem? calmly remind them that name calling is unkind and against the rules and if they continue doing this I would ban/give them a strike (not sure what kind of punishments are given out on the site).
