Help With Pet Adoptables

On Pet Adoptables I made an account and didn't exactly understand what I was doing. I accidentally blew all my money at the wishing well and got nothing. I was wondering if there was a way to like reset my account because I can't even figure out how to get money. Please someone help me out?
