No, I didn't. I double checked it, and my birth year is not close to 13.

Tried again. Message appeared again. So, I guess im giving up on joining!
If you are UNDER 13 than you cannot join. Felisfire doesn't want preteens on their site. There's also COPPA. So, if you are UNDER 13 you cannot join. If you are OLDER than 13 than there might be a problem with something. :3

Excuse me?! I'm just trying to help you out.
And as Summerflow just stated you never told us you were over 13. In that case there shouldn't be a problem with you joining. Have you tried clearing your browsing history and cache?
