Where does/did one get the white hood and items that came with it O_O?

That came from the forest, remember to check the guide, it has a comprehensive image list sorted into where you can get each piece.

I managed to get the burnt dog this afternoon and was so pleased! The white rat baby from the banner is eluding me tho :c I also saved up supplies so I could get both BW litters at once. Now I'm stocking for the dog family c:
